How do I get started?
Send us a note through the enquiry form with what you'd like cleaned, or simply drop your laundry off at the counter. We'll confirm the details with you before we begin.
How long will my laundry take?
It depends on the mix of items and finishes you need. We'll agree a collection date with you when you hand things over — and if anything changes, we'll let you know early.
Can you handle delicate or special-care items?
Yes — that's the work we take the most pride in. Point out anything fragile, sentimental or unusual and we'll agree the right approach together before it goes anywhere near a machine.
Do you offer pickup and delivery?
